Hollywood Reporter – An arrest has been made after Beyoncé‘s unreleased music and other sensitive documents were stolen from a rental car ahead of her Cowboy Carter Tour’s Atlanta stops in July. According to the Atlanta Police Department, Kelvin Evans was taken into custody on Aug. 26 and booked into the Fulton County Jail.
